Pure Dental Smiles is a family and cosmetic dental practice at 1829 NE Miami Gardens Dr in North Miami Beach. Dr. Anabel Casado and our team care for patients across Miami-Dade County, including Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, North Miami and Hallandale Beach.
Our approach is simple: we explain what we find, show you your options with the cost of each, and let you decide. You will have a written estimate in hand before any treatment begins.
We provide general and preventive dentistry, cosmetic treatment including veneers, bonding and whitening, crowns and bridges, root canals, extractions and oral surgery, dental implants and All-on-4, dentures, Invisalign, and same-day emergency care. Dr. Casado sees both adults and children, and consults in English and Spanish.

¡Hola! I’m Dr. Anabel Casado, and I practice at Pure Dental Smiles in North Miami Beach. I love this job because I meet new people every day and get to see how much better our community looks when it smiles.
I earned my DMD from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2020, after completing my undergraduate degree at Florida International University, and have practiced in Florida since.
I provide comprehensive care for adults and children: exams and cleanings, fillings, crowns, veneers and bridges, root canals, surgical extractions, bone grafts, partial and complete dentures, snap-in overdentures, full-mouth reconstruction, and dental implants including All-on-4.
My goal is straightforward. Everyone deserves good dental care regardless of what they can afford, so I use quality materials at a fair price and tell you what treatment costs before we begin. I want you comfortable during the appointment and confident about looking after your teeth afterwards.
I consult in English and Spanish, and Pure Dental Smiles welcomes patients of every background and gender identity.

We open on Saturdays by request rather than on a set schedule. When enough patients need a weekend appointment, Dr. Casado opens the office that Saturday. Yes, and usually in a single visit. For a small chip, Dr. Casado can rebuild the tooth with composite bonding matched to the shade of your natural enamel. Larger chips may need a veneer or a crown. Come in for an exam and we will tell you which option suits the tooth before any work begins.
Coverage varies a lot from plan to plan. Many dental policies treat implants as a major restorative service and cover part of the cost, often after a waiting period, while some exclude them entirely. Rather than guess, we verify your benefits directly with your insurer before treatment starts and give you a written estimate showing what your plan pays and what you owe. If your plan does not cover implants, we offer financing through Sunbit and CareCredit so the cost can be spread over time.
Yes. Licensed dentists in Florida can prescribe antibiotics, and they are commonly used for dental abscesses and some infections after oral surgery. Antibiotics treat the infection but not its cause, so they are prescribed alongside treatment such as drainage, a root canal or an extraction, not instead of it. If you have facial swelling, a fever, or trouble swallowing or breathing, treat that as an emergency and seek care immediately.
Yes. Dr. Casado provides full and partial dentures, implant-supported overdentures, and same-day repairs and relines for dentures you already own. If you are replacing several teeth, we will walk you through the difference in cost, comfort and lifespan between dentures, a bridge and implants so you can choose.
Yes. Dr. Casado is certified in dental implants through the International Academy of Dental Implantology and places single implants, multiple implants and All-on-4 full-arch restorations, along with bone grafting when the jaw needs building up first. Treatment starts with an exam and 3D imaging to confirm you have enough bone to support the implant.
